YES! People can do worms like dogs and cats. These are called zoonotic parasites. The transmission is fecal-oral route. Intestinal parasites are very easy to expand. Yes you can, if a dog has worms, and lame, the worm may carry eggs for you, even if you do not wash their hands after playing with a dog with worms feceas or cleaning.
