If your coffee, why waste the taste of cream and sugar?

Change the output to the skim milk, soy milk, rice milk or almond milk and sweeten with stevia (natural sweetener with no calories and no aftertaste ... funny, I promise).

One thing I do is put 4 shots of espresso, chocolate protein powder 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter and a frozen banana in the blender. A Chunky Monkey Super delicious!

Non-zero-calorie sweeteners because they are evil! And coffee is not bad .. Of course, if you drink only 1 cup per day or less. Here is a quote from http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/05/health ...
Follow "- Among the 27,000 women for 15 years in analyzing the health situation of women in Iowa, reduced those one to three cups per day their risk for cardiovascular disease by 24 per cent were drinking, although this advantage decreases the amount rose from coffee. - "

I suggest you use up the cream, oh, and you use brown sugar instead of white sugar as well.

haha ... I would say yes do not drink at all! He plays with the adrenal glands that can cause stress, anxiety and nervousness. Is it black? Perhaps slowly reduce the amount of sugar and cream put on the coffee until you can handle in black. Black is probably best for you with all these false things like refined sugar and cream .... just a suggestion. Perhaps the raw sugar is better for you do not know, but maybe it's something to do a little research. At least if you used to cut the cream of raw sugar by itself not be so bad? Just a thought .... or switch to tea! =)

Towards the end of the sugar used. The use of alternative sweeteners like Splenda or stevia. Personally I use Stevia more. So beware of creams. Do not use creams, powders, many of them are chemicals with known health risks. Try natural, organic whole milk use.

I regularly fill 11 tablespoons in a cup. I do not believe that more than 30 is crazy!

OK, I will respond to the sound side of the problem. Most creams are sweeteners and high fructose sugar or artificial sweeteners, which have proved very unhealthy.

We're not just drink black coffee, we tried as we follow the path of health ... Stevia and a few others (ugh. ..) but nothing was very good times, like the fashion Coffee Mate. :)

However, there is a new product that has not yet been released. It is more or less around the Thanksgiving and it is useful to keep an eye on. Passes through Boresha Café, a new company and the future of coffee in California.

You have one or two product lines. Your regular 100% organic Arabica coffee infrared, roasted coffee. A line of tea is coming ... But more interesting is the new coffee may help you lose weight. This line is called Skinny Science Coffee. It is so new and so hot that the issue can be purchased from a dealer, and cumulatively for the first acquisition byit.

It is also low glycemic index and therefore an excellent alternative for diabetics or those who seek to stabilize blood sugar levels.

Ok ... But really the answer to your question is also a lean lean Creamer and Sweetener released at the same time. It is quite natural and to enjoy a very healthy way your cup of coffee and still maintain the quality of flavor and aroma we all love.

You can learn more about them to http://www.boreshaskinnnycoffee.com
