Where can I buy C1, K1 or Outrigger canoe in Manila? - k1 outrigger

I plan to buy or K1, C1, or outrigger canoe, but I can not find here in the Philippines, or at least here in Manila. I tried going ROX and Toby, but they only sell the type of sports boat. I need the kind of competition for training. Have a suggestion? I am open to those as I used also in the household. Thank you.
